How do I get the best burn from my Glasshouse Fragrances candle?
To ensure an even burn, always trim your wicks to 7mm before lighting and allow the wax to melt to the edge of the glass on the first burn.
Are your fragrance products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, our products are not tested on animals, and we use high-quality, vegan-friendly ingredients across our candle and personal care ranges.
How long do the diffusers last?
Our 250ml Triple Scented Diffusers are designed to provide a continuous fragrance throw for up to 3 months depending on environmental conditions.
What type of wax is used in your candles?
We use a proprietary non-toxic soy-blend wax that is specifically formulated to deliver the highest possible fragrance throw.
Can I reuse the glass candle jars?
Absolutely. Once the wax is finished, clean the jar with warm soapy water to repurpose it for beauty storage, flowers, or stationery.
